Thoughtfulstudio : new Yuletide Tessa kit

Thoughtfulstudio is celebrating Christmas in July with the new kit Yuletide Tessa !

So today, I share with you a card I made for them with this beautiful kit !

First, I fussy cut my circles. I also cut my sentiment, and I put foams behind them (the sentiment is a little higher than the circles)

For my background, I cut a rectangle into my Bright White cardstock. I sized it slightly bigger than my scalloped die. Then, I cut stripes into my papers from the kit and my blush pearlescent cardstock. I glued them on my white rectangle. I used my Zig 2 way glue pen to do it. I didn’t use it until recently but now, I find it super useful, especially for thin pieces. It’s easy to apply and you have a clean finish

When all my stripes were glued, I used my scalloped die on it. I really like this technique, you have multiple colors and textures but it’s all unify thanks to the die cut.

I matted and layered my scalloped panel with a rectangle cut in my Blush pearlescent cardstock.

Finally, I glued my sentiment and circles on top of it.
