Yuletide greetings to you !

Hello everyone !

Today, I share with you two slimline cards I made for Thougthulstudio which is celebrating Christmas in July with the new kit Yuletide Tessa ! If you are interested by one of the kit you can use the code THOUGHTFULLOUNON to have 15% off storewide !

For the first card with the baubles, I die cut the base of my card with my slimline scalloped die into brown pearlescent cardstock. Then, I cut a rectangle into my pattern paper from the kit and glued it on top of it.

I fussy cut three baubles from the kit. I made three bows and glued them on top of each bauble. I put foams behind the baubles and glued them on the base of my card.

For the second card, I used the same frame die into kraft cardstock. After that, I cut two rectangles into coral cardstock and the pattern paper from the kit. I matted and layered them and glued them on top of the kraft frame.

After that, I made the little trees. I used a small tree die for them. For each tree, I die cut 5 trees : one into pattern paper from the kit, and 3 into plain cardstocks (coral or kraft). I folded in half three of them and glued them together with the pattern paper on the middle. Then, I glued it on a non folded tree to have a flat base. The 5th tree is optional but I thought it was easier to place them on my card. So I placed and glued the 5 flat paper trees and glued my folded trees on top.

Finally, I use my banner dies into coral and kraft cardstocks. I also cut a sentiment from the kit and glued in on top of the coral part. I put foams behind the coral part and glued it on my card. Then, I glued the kraft part of the banner.

Et voilà !

May the craft be with you !
