Floral Birthday

Hello everyone !

Today I am sharing with you a card I made with the beautiful Crafty Meraki Monet’s Garden stamp set. This set is so versatile !

For today’s project I decided to highlight some parts of the image.

First, I stamped the entire image with my watermark inkpad onto marker-friendly white cardstock. Then, I embossed it with my WOW embossing powder Metalline Himalayan Musk.

Then, I used a double stitched die to cut three rectangles on the image. I framed the three flowers.

I colored them with my alcohol markers. After that, I splattered some bronze and gold pearlescent inks with water and a brush.

I cut three slightly bigger rectangles into brown cardstock and I glued my flower panels on them.

For the base of my card, I used a rounded corner stitched die into a light brown cardstock. I splattered it with the same pearlescent watercolors. I matted and layered it with a bigger, darker rectangle.

I put foams behind my three rectangles and glued them on the base of my card.

Finally, I cut a banner into my light brown cardstock and I stamped my sentiment from the Crafty Meraki Roaring Good Time stamp set with my watermark inkpad. I embossed it with my Wow Gold embossing powder.

I glued it on the three rectangles with foam pads.

Et voilĂ  !

May the craft be with you !
