Hello everyone !
Meet Cosinuse ! She is a true polymath! If you are looking for her, take a look inside the nearest cave, you should find her drawing, either a painting or a schematic for some weird invention.
Today is the second day of the LDRS Creative July Feature Days and for the occasion I made a card mixing two stamp sets from the new Summer collection : the LDRS Essential Birthday Sentiments 4×6 Stamps and the Cave Kiddos 4×8 Stamps.
First, I used my Diagonal Stitched Layered Frames Die Set to cut a rectangle into white watercolor cardstock. I stamped my sentiment from the Essential Birthday Sentiments 4×6 Stamps and a part of the little girl from the Cave Kiddos 4×8 Stamps with my Watermark Emboss Pad and I embossed them with my Wow Bright White embossing powder.
Then, I used grey and black watercolors from my Finetec Pearlescent watercolors set to make a stone-like surface.
I cut a slightly bigger rectangle into black cardstock and matted and layered it.
After that, I used my A2 Diagonal Stitched Layered Card Toppers Die Set to cut an other bigger rectangle into white cardstock and I splattered my watercolors on it. I also cut a bigger black rectangle and matted and layered it.
I glued my smaller rectangle with foam pad on the big one.
Finally, I stamped my little girl, the rocks and the torch onto marker friendly cardstock with my Raven inkpad. I colored them with my markers and fussy cut them. I glued the torch on the rocks and glued it on my card. I did the same thing with the little girl.
Et voilà !
May the craft be with you
